What we build

Three kinds of buildings, one direct point of contact.

Every project starts with a conversation about your property, your plans, and how the building will be used.

  1. Homes

New homes planned around your lot, your layout, and the way you want to live.

    Ask about a home
  2. Shops

Shop buildings for equipment, storage, hobbies, or a place to work, sized to fit what goes inside.

    Ask about a shop
  3. Commercial

Buildings for local businesses, starting with a conversation about the site, the use, and the plans.

    Ask about a commercial project

The building system

What is SCIP?

SCIP stands for structural concrete insulated panels. Each panel pairs an insulating foam core with steel wire reinforcement. Concrete is then applied to both faces to form the finished walls, floors, or roof.

Whether SCIP is the right fit depends on the building, the site, and the plans. Bring your questions, and Hayden can talk through how it could apply to your project.
